If you have any uncaked and unwound skeins (still lovingly tagged), feel free to send them back our way, and we'll happily offer you shop credit to explore other shades of creativity.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on caked/wound yarns, as they’ve already started their crafting journey.
Custom dyed skeins and personalized products like stitch markers and project bags are all final, as these were made uniquely for your crafty hands! However, if you encounter a defect that impacts the usability of your yarn, please reach out to us, and we'll gladly work towards a solution.
